Important message to potential hangar purchasers

Hangar properties at Cooking Lake Airport are restricted to aviation use only.
Non-aviation use of hangar properties is a violation of Strathcona County Land Use Bylaws and the registered Bylaws of the Cooking Lake Airport. In addition the board may impose sanctions such as financial charges and denial of access until aviation usage returns.
